Ventia in Paeroa is seeking a motivated Truck Driver / Labourer to join our Paeroa-based team, supporting civil construction, drainage and roading projects while operating trucks and plant equipment safely and efficiently.

About The Role

• Operate trucks and civil construction plant safely and effectively
• Assist with drainage installation, trenching, pipe laying and road construction
• Carry out daily vehicle and equipment inspections
• Support traffic management activities and site safety requirements
• Work collaboratively to deliver projects on time and to a high standard

About You

• Experience in civil construction, drainage, earthworks or road maintenance
• Class 4 or Class 5 NZ Driver Licence (WTR endorsement advantageous)
• Strong commitment to health, safety and quality
• A hands-on attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to read plans and follow specifications
