Job summary

Whitestone Contracting Ltd is a well-established civil construction company operating across Otago with depots in Alexandra and Dunedin. We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver / Civil Construction Operator to join our Roading team in Alexandra on a permanent, full-time basis, delivering high-quality work across roading and earthworks projects.

You will be responsible for gravel spreading, transporting plant, and assisting on drainage, subdivision work, and other civil tasks.

Qualifications

• Experienced in truck driving within the construction industry.
• Skilled in routine vehicle maintenance.
• Safety-conscious and committed to quality workmanship.
• Class 4 licence (Class 5 and WTR endorsements advantageous)

Responsibilities

• Gravel spreading and stockpiling material
• Transporting plant and equipment
• Working across drainage, roading, earthworks, and subdivision projects
• Operating other plant as required (WTR endorsements an advantage)

We're looking for a skilled Truck Driver / Civil Construction Operator to join our Roading team based in Alexnadra. This is a permanent, full-time role offering variety, stability, and the chance to work on exciting projects across Otago.

What you'll be doing

In this role, you'll be a key part of our roading and civil construction operations, taking pride in your vehicle and delivering high-quality work. Your tasks will include:

• Operating other plant as required (WTR endorsements an advantage)
