Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora in Palmerston North is seeking a TrendCare Coordinator to support safe staffing and workforce planning. You will work with clinical teams, nurse leaders and managers to ensure TrendCare data is accurate and used to guide staffing decisions.

You will analyse patient acuity and workforce data, support TrendCare implementation and governance, monitor data quality and provide education to teams to drive improvements in care delivery and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, nursing, midwifery or a related clinical environment.
• Experience using TrendCare or similar workforce planning, rostering or clinical data systems.
• Strong analytical skills interpreting workforce, activity and patient acuity data.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clinical teams, managers and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities and governance of TrendCare.

Responsibilities
