This on-site role is crucial for ensuring the timely and cost-effective movement of goods across the region. The Transport Planner will be responsible for organizing and optimizing delivery schedules, managing fleet utilization, and coordinating with drivers and customers to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of logistics principles within the Queenstown area.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily delivery routes for the company fleet, optimizing for time and fuel efficiency.
• Allocate vehicles and drivers to specific routes based on capacity and delivery requirements.
• Monitor the progress of deliveries and proactively address any delays or issues.
• Liaise with drivers to provide clear instructions and support during their routes.
