Stantec in Auckland is seeking a Transport Administrator to support the Transport and Community Development teams with proactive administrative tasks. The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a busy office environment.
You will coordinate information, meetings, onboarding, document management, and client enquiries while contributing to project documentation and reporting.

We need a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic person to join our Auckland office as a Transport Administrator. This role is also responsible for the Community Development team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in administration and/or customer service who enjoys being organised, proactive, and working as part of a busy team. You’ll play an important role in providing proactive support across these areas, helping keep things running smoothly and ensuring our teams have the support they need to deliver for our clients.
You’ll be someone who brings a positive, can-do approach who enjoys supporting others to do their best work. You will be highly organised, detail-focused, and confident managing a range of tasks and priorities in a busy office environment.
