Qualifications

Experience leading or coordinating programmes or advisory work.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving capability.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes at pace.

Responsibilities

Build a comprehensive picture of industry participants from multiple data sources.
Research retraining and reskilling options and propose for decision-makers.
Design and coordinate wellbeing and practical support initiatives.
Consolidate KPI and reporting data from providers to support oversight.
Engage with participants, carers, community organisations and government agencies.
