Qualifications

• Extensive experience in portfolio or programme design or delivery.
• Proven ability to develop and improve programme management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead programme management approaches in designated areas of expertise.
• Provide subject matter expertise to transformation leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain frameworks, standards, processes, and QA activities.
• Provide high-level analysis and integrated perspectives for decision making.
• Produce concise documents and reports for senior leaders and Ministers.
• Coach and mentor Senior and Programme Advisors; embed Te Ao Māori into work.
• Build relationships across the programme and organisation.
