Access Community Health | Uru Ātea is seeking a Training Administrator to provide administrative and technical support to the Regional Trainer, ensuring training is well coordinated and learner-focused across the region.
You will coordinate inductions and e-learning for new Kaiāwhina and Health and Wellbeing learners, monitor learner progress and maintain auditable training records, trackers and competency documentation. You may deliver sessions once authorised and signed off.

As a Training Administrator at Access Community Health | Uru Ātea, you will provide administrative and technical support to the Regional Trainer, helping ensure training is well coordinated, learner-focused and delivered effectively across the region.
You will coordinate induction ande-learning for new Kaiāwhina | Support Workers and Health and Wellbeing learners, communicate with trainees, monitor learner progress, and maintain accurate, current and auditable training records, trackers and competency documentation. You will also help plan regional training and, once authorised and signed off, may deliver approved induction or targeted theory-based sessions.
A key part of the role is supporting staff and learners to use AlayaCare and Ako Ātea. You will keep training administration running smoothly, including providing continuity of administrative functions when the Regional Trainer is absent. Your accuracy, organisation and responsive communication will help learners complete training and begin work without unnecessary delays.
