Job summary

Traffic Safe NZ Ltd in the North Auckland/Silverdale region seeks a proactive Crew Supervisor to lead day-to-day TTM operations with field crews and the support team.

You will coordinate deployment of crews, monitor safety audits, coach staff, and maintain strong client communication while ensuring compliant traffic management services across sites. This hands-on role requires a full NZ driver’s licence and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Experience leading traffic management operations.
• Strong ability to plan, schedule and prioritise.
• Excellent communication with crews and clients.
• Solid knowledge of health, safety and compliance requirements.
• Must hold a full NZ Class 1 driver’s licence.
• Hands-on leadership in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily TTM operations, ensuring crews, vehicles, and equipment meet requirements.
• Perform safety and compliance audits on-site.
• Lead, coach and develop field crews to maintain high performance and safety.
• Serve as primary client contact for daily updates and issues.
• Champion health and safety through site inspections and reporting.
• On-call responsibilities and multi-site coordination across Auckland region.
