Traffic Safe NZ Ltd is expanding its Auckland North - Silverdale branch and seeking experienced Site Traffic Management Supervisors (STMS) to lead on-road safety and site operations.

You will set up and manage compliant TM sites, guide on-site crews, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure safety standards across live traffic works in NZ. A current STMS A/B qualification and Class 1 license are required; Class 2 bonus.

Qualifications

• Current STMS A/B practicing qualification.
• Strong leadership and on-site decision making.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Physical fitness and outdoor work readiness.

Responsabilités

• Set up and maintain compliant traffic management sites.
• Manage live traffic flow and adjust layouts as needed.
• Lead on-site crews and conduct toolbox talks.
• Conduct site inductions, safety checks and maintain records.
• Uphold a proactive safety culture and site compliance.
