Job summary

The Warehouse is seeking an Availability 2IC in New Zealand to help ensure stock availability and accurate merchandising across the store. You will support the Availability Manager by executing the Trading Plan and leading the Fill Teams, with a focus on timely restocking and presenting well-stocked shelves.

This role works evenings, Sundays to Thursdays from 11:30am to 9:00pm, and offers the chance to develop leadership skills and progress within our stores.

Qualifications

• Drive and urgency to meet stock and customer needs.
• Ability to interpret and execute plans.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership experience or leadership attributes.

The Availability 2IC assists with presentation, merchandising, restocking and recovery at a time when it has the least impact on customers. There are tight timeframes to ensure our stores are well stocked and look their best and this takes quality leadership.

In this role, you will work closely with the Availability Manager by being responsible for stock availability, the execution of the Managers Trading Plan, and the Fill Teams. This role works evenings.
