The Warehouse Group is seeking a dedicated Availability 2IC (Nightfill) for our Takanini store. This permanent, full-time role covers evening hours, focusing on stock availability, merchandising, and restocking with minimal customer disruption.

You will work closely with the Availability Manager to drive stock availability and execute the trading plan, leading Fill Teams during night shifts to ensure the store looks its best for customers in the morning.

Qualificações

• Leadership experience or supervisory capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Hour of Work:

• Tuesday 9:30pm - 6:00am


• Thursday9:30pm - 6:00am


• Friday & Saturday9:00pm - 6:30am

The Availability 2IC assists withpresentation, merchandising, restocking and recovery at a time when it has the least impact on customers. There are tight timeframes to ensure our stores are well stocked and look their best and this takes quality leadership.

In this role, you will work closely with theAvailability Manager bybeing responsible for stock availability, the execution of the Managers Trading Plan, and the Fill Teams. This roleworks evenings.
