Job summary

DKW Personnel – Christchurch, South Island is seeking experienced roofing installers to join a team serving residential and light commercial properties across Canterbury. The role covers installing roofs, spouting, rainwater systems, downpipes, and related works on-site.

You will operate power tools, keep sites clean, move roofing materials, apply sealants, and drive company vehicles. Must have roofing experience, current SiteSafe, and a Full NZ Class 1 driving license.

Qualifications

• Must have roofing experience.
• Must hold Site Safe NZ certification.
• Full NZ Class 1 driving license.
• NZ citizenship or permanent residency accepted.

Responsibilities

• Install residential and commercial roofing, spouting and downpipes.

Our Client works across the Canterbury region looking after everything to do with roofs. New roofs, re-roofs and roof repairs for residential and light commercial properties. Spouting. Solid fuel heating, insulation, skylights and scaffolding.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Installing residential and commecial roofing including spouting/rainwater systems/downpipes
• Operating power tools
• Keeping site clean and tidy
• Moving roofing material
• Applying various sealants
• Driving company vehicles

Must have roofing experience, current site safe and Full NZ Class 1 Driving License. Open to all NZ Citizens and Permanent Residents.
