Job summary

Tapi is a high-growth SaaS company transforming property maintenance with software that helps trade businesses quote, schedule, communicate, and get paid. You will own Tapi’s trade network in New Zealand, driving sign-ons, onboarding, and ongoing usage while expanding into new markets.

Base salary plus uncapped commission is offered. The role is Wellington-based with travel to opening territories, reporting to the Head of Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to tradies or field trades
• Proven ability to own and grow a sales pipeline
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Comfort with travel across territories
• Self-motivated, and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Sign and onboard growing trade businesses onto Tapi
• Win larger trade operators and secure meetings
• Get new trades using Tapi and drive ongoing usage
• Write and iterate the market playbook to speed up expansion
• Manage own pipeline and hit growth targets month over month
