Job summary

BNT is seeking a reliable Trade Delivery Specialist to ensure timely delivery of automotive parts and on-site merchandising. You will be the friendly face of BNT, building long-term relationships through excellent service and professional communication.

Key duties include coordinating scheduled and ad hoc workshop support calls, replenishing stock, and maintaining product presentation. Valid NZ driver’s license and ability for moderate lifting are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or exposure to customer-facing roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A reasonable typing ability and computer literacy.
• The ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• The ability to work alternate Saturday mornings.
• A full New Zealand driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled and ad hoc customer workshop support calls.
• Replenish consumables and workshop stock to minimise disruption.
• Maintain and merchandise customer stands for product presentation and stock availability.
• Use workshop visits to understand customer needs and identify service issues for the branch.
• Record customer observations and follow-up opportunities for Branch Manager.
