Job summary

BNT Wanganui, part of the Bapcor New Zealand group, is hiring a Trade Delivery Specialist. You will ensure timely delivery of automotive parts, replenish stock, merchandize stands, and support on-site customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or exposure to customer facing roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good typing ability and computer literacy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Wlexible with alternate Saturday mornings
• Full New Zealand driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled and ad hoc customer workshop support calls as a core part of the role
• Replenish consumables and workshop stock holdings to support continuity
• Maintain and merchandise customer stands for product presentation and stock availability
• Use workshop visits to build trust, understand customer needs, and identify service opportunities
• Record and communicate customer observations, competitor activity, stock concerns and follow-up opportunities
• Represent BNT professionally as a reliable contact for trade customers
• Safely operate company vehicles
• Load and unload stock with correct documentation
• Follow scheduled routes and delivery timelines
• Accurately record all information pertaining to customer credits and returns
