Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales experience, ideally within the agricultural industry.
• Strong networking abilities and the confidence to engage with individuals at all levels of the rural community.
• Good level of business acumen and ability to think on your feet.
• High level of accuracy with numbers, data entry, and documentation.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously for long periods.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor and agricultural machinery sales by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, contractors, and agricultural businesses.
• Provide expert advice on tractor specifications, features, and benefits to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and market demands.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
• Ensure all documentation and data input are accurate and completed on time.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
