Job summary

Bridge Kids is seeking a passionate kaiako to join our toddler room and grow into a leadership role in Māngere Bridge, Auckland. You’ll support tamariki aged 18 months to 3 years alongside a dedicated team of five teachers, with ongoing mentoring to develop your leadership journey.

The role requires full teaching registration and a strong understanding of Te Whāriki, with opportunities for professional growth and leadership development. Applicants must have working rights in New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Must hold full teaching registration in New Zealand.
• Experience in toddler settings and leadership potential.
• Strong understanding of Te Whāriki and curriculum planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead a toddler room with support from five teachers and mentor developing leaders.

We are looking for a passionate, experienced and qualified kaiako to join our toddler room and grow into a leadership role. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team of five teachers supporting tamariki aged 18 months to 3 years, with ongoing mentoring and guidance to support your leadership journey.
