Job summary

Reliance Recruitment in Christchurch is seeking Timber Labourers to join the frame and truss manufacturing team in Rolleston. This is a hands-on role requiring reliability and physical fitness to hit the ground running.

Work is Monday–Friday, dayshift 06:30–17:00 with weekly pay and a pay rate of $28.00 per hour (skill dependent). Applicants must be based in Christchurch with permanent residency or valid NZ working rights.

Qualifications

• Experience in the building or construction industry.
• Frame and truss manufacturing experience (preferred).
• Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting.
• Reliable and punctual.

Our clients are seeking reliable and physically fit Timber Labourers to join their frame and truss manufacturing team in Rolleston.

Previous experience in the building or construction industry is essential, with frame and truss experience highly regarded.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding role suited to someone who is motivated, hardworking, and ready to hit the ground running.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
• Have experience in the building or construction industry
• Have frame & truss manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced factory environment
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Are reliable and punctual

To be considered for this role, you must currently be based in Christchurch and hold permanent residency or valid working rights in New Zealand.
