Job summary

JD Sports Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Department Supervisor to lead a store department, ensuring exceptional customer service and high visual merchandising standards. You will coach your team to deliver memorable in-store experiences and drive sales performance.

The role is rostered Sunday to Thursday with varying shift times. You will engage with customers, maintain brand knowledge, and collaborate with management to achieve financial targets while upholding JD’s standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience within retail or a similar industry.
• Passionate about delivering an amazing service experience to customers.
• Positive attitude with the ability to motivate a team.
• Strong time management skills to prioritise daily tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customer and team interactions.

Responsibilities

• Model exceptional customer service, every customer, every time.
• Guide and support the team to deliver outstanding service in a service-over-task environment.
• Continuously gain and share product and brand knowledge for your department.
