One day you could be discussing feed efficiency with a dairy farmer, the next assessing stock performance or working with a customer to build a nutrition plan that delivers stronger outcomes across the season. What you’ll be doing

• Sell in the patented scientific backed animal nutritional product to dairy farms across the BOP
• Partner with farmers with a consultative approach to understand their livestock and production goals
• Provide practical, tailored animal nutrition recommendations that support health, performance and output
• Grow and manage a portfolio of farming customers through genuine relationships and excellent service
• Identify opportunities to upsell and add value
• Working alongside internal technical, customer service and supply teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Getting out and about in your territory — building connections, spotting opportunities and representing our brand with energy

What you’ll bring

• A science-based background in sales with a focus on animal nutrition, animal science, agriculture, veterinary science or dairy production
• Proven sales experience with strong network across dairy farms throughout the Waikato.
• A genuine interest in livestock production and helping farmers achieve better outcomes
• Confidence communicating technical information in a clear, practical and down-to-earth way
• The ability to listen first, ask great questions and offer solutions that make sense on farm
• A proactive, self-motivated approach — you enjoy setting goals, getting out the gate and making things happen
• A clean full driver's licence and you will know the Waikato roads like the back of your hand
