Job summary

EatClub is seeking a driven Business Development Manager in Auckland to build and manage a high‑volume venue pipeline, sign partnerships, and drive revenue in NZ.

You'll travel to restaurants, present EatClub's value, close deals, and expand into new cities. You will own your territory from day one with uncapped earning potential and direct access to leadership. If you're ambitious and customer‑facing, join us as EatClub scales in NZ and beyond.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in high‑volume, target‑driven roles.
• Comfort with high outbound activity, including in‑person conversations.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and progressing deals independently.
• Confidence in presenting solutions and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Resilience in high‑rejection environments and ability to stay motivated.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sign new restaurant partners, building a strong venue pipeline.
• Meet venue owners in Auckland and present EatClub's value proposition.
• Deliver confident product pitches to drive revenue growth.
• Build and manage a high‑volume pipeline of opportunities in your territory.
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements with venue partners.
• Onboard new venues and support their first campaigns.
• Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Hit 15+ outbound activities daily and monitor KPI attainment.
