Job summary

Brosnan invites applications for a Construction Planning / Preconstruction role focused on developing detailed tender programmes, methodologies and logistics plans to support competitive bids. You will work with preconstruction and operations teams to produce accurate, well-structured tender deliverables, ensuring milestones align with delivery strategies and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction planning, preconstruction or project delivery.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, site logistics and delivery constraints.
• Experience preparing tender methodologies, construction programmes and logistics plans to support competitive submissions.

Responsibilities

• Produce tender planning deliverables with milestones, critical path, procurement and delivery dates.
• Review tender documents, client requirements and constraints for a deliverable submission.
• Prepare pre-start strategy and milestone dates with the project team.
• Coordinate sequencing, durations, logistics and delivery assumptions with the PM/RM or reviewer.
• Attend site visits to capture access, logistics and constraints.
• Develop a tender programme showing milestones and dependencies.
• Identify key risks and develop a robust delivery approach within the tender.
• Coordinate reviews and finalise submission outputs with stakeholders.
