Brosnan Limited is seeking a skilled Tender Planner to develop construction programmes, methodologies and logistics plans that support competitive tender submissions and successful project delivery.

You will collaborate with preconstruction and operations teams to produce accurate planning outputs, refine strategies, and ensure milestones align with project costs and pricing assumptions. Strong MS Project and AI tool familiarity is essential for delivering high-quality tender submissions.

Formación

• Proven experience in construction planning, preconstruction or project delivery, ideally within the commercial construction sector.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, staging, site logistics, temporary works and project delivery constraints.
• Demonstrated ability to develop detailed tender programmes, identify critical paths, and assess project risks, dependencies and key milestones.
• Experience preparing tender methodologies, construction programmes and logistics plans to support competitive and deliverable tender submissions.
• Strong commercial awareness, aligning programmes and methodologies with project costs, resources and tender pricing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with project teams, subcontractors and bid writers.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities and meet tender deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project and familiarity with AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot; CM Builder and Bluebeam advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Produce accurate tender planning deliverables showing project understanding and enabling competitive submissions.
• Review tender documents, client requirements, constraints and required deliverables.
• Prepare for pre-start and help agree tender strategy, deliverables and milestone dates.
• Coordinate with PM, RM or reviewer to confirm sequencing, durations, logistics and delivery assumptions.
• Attend site visits and record access, logistics, staging and delivery constraints.
• Prepare a logically linked tender programme with milestones, critical path, procurement and completion dates.
• Develop project-specific methodology focused on risks, staging and delivery approach.
• Prepare site establishment, traffic, delivery, scaffold and staging plans as required.
• Identify key temporary works and enabling requirements.
• Obtain input from subcontractors to influence critical path, price or high-risk work.
• Develop deliverables through agreed tender milestones and finalise submission outputs.
