Qualifications

• Experience in structured, process-led environments ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, fairness and auditability.
• Strong planning and time management to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail with clear records and documentation.
• Clear, professional judgement for internal and external communications.
• Ability to use systems and data to track activity and support reporting.
• Identify gaps, risks, or issues and raise them appropriately.
• Procurement/tendering/contract administration experience in NZ is useful.

• Coordinate between Transpower and suppliers for fair and transparent tender activity.
