Visionwest Community Housing is seeking a Tenancy Manager to provide tenancy services and manage a portfolio across a range of housing. The role involves entry, exit and routine inspections, repairs and maintenance, rent arrears, and collaboration with landlords and contractors to ensure accurate records and timely reports.

Reporting to the the Lead Tenancy Manager, the Tenancy Manager is responsible for providing tenancy services and management of a portfolio across a range of housing.
