Job summary

Voicepro Limited is seeking a Telecoms Operations Specialist to start as a Support Technician with a base salary of $80,000 NZD, progressing to a Service Manager role at $100,000 NZD after training. You will master workflows, provisioning hardware, and supporting clients while resolving issues.

You will deliver high-quality onsite, phone, email, and remote support, deploy phone systems, and liaise with upstream providers.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a client-facing role with excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong experience configuring and troubleshooting Voice/3CX and Cloud PBX environments.
• Working knowledge of Yeastar, Yealink, Ericsson-LG, Grandstream, Fanvil, and legacy Samsung systems.
• Familiarity with Cloud PBX architecture, routing and Wi‑Fi optimisation.
• Experience with CRM and e‑commerce backends is a bonus.
• Able to participate in rostered after-hours outage rotations.
• NZ working rights and NZ Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality onsite, phone, email, and remote desktop support to business clients.
• Program, provision, and deploy phone systems, manage carrier number porting, and handle equipment ordering with upstream providers.
• Guide new clients through initial setup and technical introduction to our network.
• Filter incoming sales enquiries, answer basic questions and escalate complex opportunities to our Sales Manager.
• Administer our CRM, maintain website, create client training resources, oversee ticket workflows and customer onboarding, schedule engineer callouts.
