Pursuing or recently completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
Basic understanding of telecom network concepts and technologies.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis.
Desire to learn and develop technical skills in telecom industry.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

Assist senior engineers with installation, configuration, and testing of network equipment.
Support monitoring and troubleshooting of telecom network performance issues.
Conduct basic site inspections and gather data for network planning and upgrades.
Help maintain network documentation, including diagrams and inventory records.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
Learn and apply company procedures and safety standards in all tasks.
