Job summary

Atturra is seeking Business Consultants to work with clients across New Zealand, analysing approaches and evaluating solutions to meet requirements efficiently. You will define business needs, support improvements, and drive deployments within the TechnologyOne suite.

Required for 2+ years in TechnologyOne consulting or similar, with experience in CES, CI, CIA, and strong stakeholder communication. Opportunity to influence project outcomes with remote or on-site delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years TechnologyOne Consulting experience or similar.
• Experience in design and implementation of business systems (TechnologyOne CES, CI, CIA).
• Knowledge of TechnologyOne Financials, HRP, or Property and Rating is preferred.
• Experience documenting functional specifications and requirements artefacts.
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and advise on best software usage.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define client business requirements and assist in aligning them with software.
• Support clients with business issues and improvements.
• Perform gap analysis between requirements and TechnologyOne capabilities.
• Assess, strategize, and manage deployments within the business applications team.
• Design, implement and deliver solutions to optimise business functions.
• Create change requests for enhancements.
• Collaborate to maximise value from TechnologyOne systems.
• Contribute to enhancement of in-house delivery methodologies.
• Help clients Simplify, Optimise and Modernise their business applications.
