MASH Trust in Palmerston North seeks a Technology Systems Support Specialist to maintain networks, systems and devices, while assisting staff and managers with effective technology usage.
You will work across frontline and systems engineering, supporting identity, devices, cloud and back-office systems, with a strong emphasis on communication and collaborative problem-solving. This role is on-site and requires flexible hours as needed.
We’re looking for a capable and adaptable Technology Systems Support Specialist who enjoys solving problems, helping people and getting things done. This is not a traditional Service Desk role – you’ll work across both Level 1/2 frontline support and Level 1/2 systems engineering, supporting users while also working with Microsoft 365, devices, identity, networks, cloud and back-office systems.
We’re a small team, so priorities can change quickly. You’ll need to be comfortable switching between planned technical work and support requests when the situation demands it. We’re looking for a logical, process-minded solution seeker who takes ownership, thinks beyond the immediate problem and looks for practical ways to improve how technology is supported and managed. Most importantly, you’ll be someone who communicates well, works collaboratively and understands that great technology support is ultimately about enabling our people to do their jobs well.
