NZ Post is seeking a senior Technology Risk & Compliance professional to strengthen our risk, assurance and governance across a complex tech landscape. You will partner with senior leaders to drive change and act as a trusted advisor reporting to the Technology Risk & Compliance Manager.

You will lead risk assessments, controls, third‑party risk and remediation efforts, shaping decisions and enabling safer technology choices across Auckland and Wellington with hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology risk, cyber risk, assurance or governance.
• Strong knowledge of risk management principles, controls and governance.
• Experience engaging with senior leaders and influencing outcomes.
• Experience with audits or assurance programs or regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead technology risk assessments, reporting and controls assurance activities.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify, manage and reduce technology risk.
• Support internal and external audits and remediation efforts.
• Drive continuous improvement of risk, governance and assurance practices.
• Oversee third-party and supplier risk assessments.
