Job summary

EY in New Zealand is seeking a skilled Technology Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology initiatives from inception to delivery. You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations, employing Agile, Scrum, and Kanban to drive value for clients and the business.

Based in Auckland with hybrid working options, you will collaborate with IT, product, and client teams, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans, reporting progress, and ensuring quality

Qualifications

Proven experience managing technical projects using Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
Familiarity with IT systems and emerging technologies including AI and data.

Responsibilities

Lead technology projects from inception to delivery, ensuring on-time, in-scope and on-budget outcomes.
Develop project plans, timelines and budgets, and monitor progress against metrics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, requirements and deliverables.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues with timely resolution.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.
Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to EY's project management methodologies and best practices.
