Evolve Recruitment Group – Auckland, North Island
This organisation is on a significant transformation journey, reshaping its technology landscape to better support its customers.
With a people‑first culture, coaching‑focused leadership, and a strong commitment to innovation and simplicity, the business is building a more sustainable, scalable, and digitally‑empowered future. The technology function plays a central role in guiding this shift, ensuring platforms, practices, and ways of working are ready for what's ahead.
This is a brand-new position created to bring consistency and strategic intent to how the business manages its technology partners.
Sitting within the Technology Strategy & Transformation team, you'll operate at the intersection of technology, commercial management, governance, procurement and delivery - influencing how the organisation partners with vendors and ensuring relationships are well managed, performance is optimised, and commercial outcomes are achieved.
This isn't a traditional procurement role, nor a purely technical one; it's for someone who can comfortably operate across both worlds.
This role is similar to a service delivery manager.
You'll have genuine ownership to shape a capability from scratch, with enterprise‑wide visibility and exposure to senior leaders and strategic initiatives. It's a rare blend of strategy, commercial, technology and relationship management, offering high autonomy and the chance to define how technology partnerships work for years to come.
