Job summary

Scania Group in Hamilton is seeking an experienced Automotive Electrician to join our team. You will work independently to deliver high-standard electrical work on light vehicles, with full training offered for the right candidate. WOF endorsements are a plus.

You must have at least 3 years of experience, strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills, and a clean class 1 license. On-site training is provided, and the position offers a competitive hourly rate depending on experience.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ working experience with light vehicles.
• Strong Fault Finding and Diagnostic Skills.
• Passion and drive to grow your role within the company.
• Clean full class 1 Drivers License.
• WOF endorsements would be an advantage but full training will be offered for the right candidate.

Your Job role:
You will have the ability to work independently producing a high standard of work. Full automotive skill set will be required. WOF endorsements would be an advantage but full training will be offered for the right candidate.

• Perform electrical diagnostic testing and carry out necessary automotive repairs.
• Perfrom Electrical reapirs and assasary installation
• Performing scheduled maintenance services
• Assist with general Servicing and WOF checks when required.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• At least 3 years’ working experience with light vehicles

• Clean full class 1 Drivers License
• Excellent remuneration package-($30-$35 Hourly rate depend on experience)
• Working hours: 7:30am to 4.30pm minimum 30 hours per week.(Monday to Friday)
