Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to drive the architecture and delivery of scalable web applications. You will mentor a team, shape technical direction, and ensure reliable, cloud-native solutions on AWS.

You will lead development across React/Angular/Vue.js, Node.js, and AWS services, while collaborating with product, design, and other stakeholders to deliver value iteratively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fullstack development experience with 2+ years in technical leadership.
• Strong JavaScript expertise with React, Angular or Vue.js.
• Extensive backend experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Deep AWS knowledge and deploying large-scale apps on AWS.
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Mentor and lead a development team to high performance.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• AWS certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance and delivery support.
• Design, architect, and oversee scalable web applications.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers through feedback and reviews.
• Define architecture and development best practices for scalability and reliability.
• Utilize AWS services to build and deploy cloud-native applications.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Collaborate with product, design, and other teams to align tech with business goals.
• Lead CI/CD implementation and continuous improvement.
• Guide Agile practices, plan sprints, and run stand-ups and retrospectives.
• Champion code quality and automated testing.
