Qualifications

Proven experience building and operating Kubernetes platforms across AWS and Azure.
Strong automation mindset with IaC and deployment pipelines.
Experience leading complex technical initiatives and influencing engineering outcomes.

Responsibilities

Build, operate, and improve Kubernetes platforms across AWS and Azure.
Automate platform operations, provisioning, patching, and compliance activities.
Drive engineering excellence and operational efficiency across the platform.
Solve complex platform, reliability, and performance challenges.
Guide others through problem solving and technical decision making.
Partner with engineering teams to improve platform adoption and self-service capabilities.
Create platform standards, documentation, and engineering guidance.
Improve security, reliability, automation, and developer experience.
Identify and manage technical risk.
Mentor engineers through coaching, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
Lead complex technical initiatives and influence platform strategy and direction.
