Job summary

Unisys is seeking a Technical Lead (Full Stack Developer) to steer development across API/back end/front end technologies, drive architecture decisions, and coordinate with clients and project teams. The role requires hands-on coding in C#, REST APIs, and ASP.NET Core, with strong experience in DevOps practices and cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years IT experience and knowledge of .NET framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Leading of project work for the Development team (small collaborative teams) including remote members.
• Maintain effective relationships between development teams and customers, including Project Managers, Support managers, Operations and Test Team.
• Escalate issues timely to ensure integrity of the development team.
• Identify issues in projects and teams and proactively resolve with all parties.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities within the development team.
• Mentor junior developers.
