Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering enterprise integration solutions.
• 1–2+ years in a lead or senior capacity.
• Hands-on experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, Kafka, Solace, Kong, Dell Boomi, Java Spring).
• Strong API design, governance, security, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration delivery teams across complex, end-to-end implementations.
• Set and uphold technical standards, patterns, and best practices; make architecture decisions that matter.
• Own delivery quality across the full SDLC, from design through to production.
• Coach and grow engineers, fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement.
