Farmlands Te Whenua Tāroa in Rangiora seeks an experienced advisor to provide expert dairy farming guidance and to meet shareholders' needs using industry knowledge to recommend products and services that best support the regional business.
You will build and maintain relationships with shareholders, grow market share, and expand the Farmlands brand across the Canterbury region while delivering technical support to diverse audiences.

Proven expertise and knowledge across dairy farming is key and knowledge of sheep and beef farm systems is advantageous.
Strong customer focus, with confidence and expertise to develop new business.
Exceptional communication skills and confidence in providing technical advice to diverse audiences.
Strong knowledge of the local farming community, environment and an understanding of its needs.
A drive for excellence and delivering exceptional results for both shareholders and Farmlands.
We are looking for an experienced individual based in Rangiora. Your role will involve providing expert advice primarily to dairy farms,leveraging your industry knowledge and experience to recommend products and services which will best meet our shareholders' needs. You will build and maintain relationships with shareholders plus grow market share and expand our brand across the region.
