Farmlands Ashburton is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead the team at our Ashburton store, working Sunday to Thursday. This role offers an opportunity to broaden retail management experience and access to career growth within Farmlands.

Key focus includes supporting execution of the branch strategic plan, achieving financial and safety targets, delivering excellent customer service, and assisting with staff recruitment and induction.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a supervisory role.

• Agricultural sector experience is ideal.
• Solid computer skills and ability to learn new systems.

We\u2019re looking for an Assistant Branch Manager for our Ashburton store working Sunday to Thursday.

This role will allow you to broaden and strengthen your retail management experience as well as gain access to a raft of career opportunities on offer within Farmlands.

Your key focus will be:

• Assisting with delivering the strategic plan for the branch.


• Supporting the team to achieve financial, as well as health and safety targets.


• Role modelling superior customer service and merchandising as well as living the Farmlands vision and purpose.


• Supporting the Branch Manager to recruit and induct new staff members.

• You come from a customer facing background and know how to provide great service.


• You will have knowledge of retail operational processes.
