Job summary

Farmlands Te Whenua Tāroa is seeking a motivated Technical Field Sales professional based in Te Awamutu, Waikato. You will provide expert farm consulting, recommending products and services to meet shareholders' needs and grow market share in the region.

You will build strong relationships with shareholders, expand the Farmlands brand, and deliver outstanding service while adhering to company values and governance. Applicants must have the legal right to work in New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of the local farming environment.
• Strong dairy knowledge focusing on feed, agronomy and animal health.
• Experience in sales with the ability to manage and grow accounts and seek new opportunities.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with stakeholder-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert consulting to farms based on industry knowledge to recommend products and services meeting shareholder needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with shareholders and drive market share growth.
• Expand Farmlands’ brand across Te Awamutu region through proactive outreach and service excellence.
