Job summary

Farmlands Te Whenua Tāroa in New Zealand is seeking an experienced agriculture professional based in Canterbury to advise dairy farms and support shareholders with product and service recommendations.

You will build lasting relationships, promote our range, and help grow market share across the Culverden basin region.

• Proven expertise and knowledge across dairy farming is key and knowledge of sheep and beef farm systems is advantageous.

• Exceptional communication skills and confidence in providing technical advice to diverse audiences.
• Strong knowledge of the local farming community, environment and an understanding of its needs.
• A drive for excellence and delivering exceptional results for both shareholders and Farmlands.

We are looking for an experienced individual, ideally based in the Culverden basin. Your role will involve providing expert advice primarily to dairy farms,leveraging your industry knowledge and experience to recommend products and services which will best meet our shareholders' needs. You will build and maintain relationships with shareholders plus grow market share and expand our brand across the region.
