Job summary

Fulton Hogan is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support Joint Venture and Alliance projects across discovery, process improvement, solution design, testing and implementation. You will translate business needs into practical, fit-for-purpose solutions by working with operational and technical teams to gather and manage requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.

The role offers variety, strong stakeholder connections and real opportunities for growth within the JV Worx space.

Qualifications

• Must have business analysis experience in a complex environment.
• Experience eliciting, documenting, and managing business, functional and technical requirements.
• Proficient in mapping workflows, processes, system impacts, and business rules.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Experience supporting solution delivery including testing, implementation and post-delivery enhancements.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs with project and operational stakeholders.
• Gather, document and manage requirements across the delivery lifecycle.
• Map current and future state processes and identify gaps.
• Support solution design, testing, implementation, and ongoing improvements.
