Job summary

Fulton Hogan is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support Joint Venture and Alliance projects across discovery, process improvement, solution design, testing and implementation. You will translate business needs into practical, fit-for-purpose solutions by working with operational and technical teams to gather and manage requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.

The role offers variety, strong stakeholder connections and real opportunities for growth within the JV Worx space.

Qualifications

• Must have business analysis experience in a complex environment.
• Experience eliciting, documenting, and managing business, functional and technical requirements.
• Proficient in mapping workflows, processes, system impacts, and business rules.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Experience supporting solution delivery including testing, implementation and post-delivery enhancements.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Business analysis in a complex environment, ideally within construction, utilities, or a large enterprise setting.
• Eliciting, documenting, and managing business, functional, and technical requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Mapping workflows, processes, system impacts, business rules, and supporting documentation such as process maps or diagrams.
• Facilitating workshops and engaging with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to achieve clear outcomes.
• Supporting solution delivery activities, including testing, implementation, user acceptance testing, and post-delivery enhancements.
• Working with systems, applications, integrations, and technical solution delivery, with strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
