Job summary

LIC is seeking an experienced professional to be the go-to expert for Artificial Breeding applications. You will support the technology used by field teams, ensuring systems and devices are ready during mating seasons and running smoothly when it matters most.

Collaboration with field teams, support staff and customers will define your daily work. This hands-on role combines application support, operational coordination, continuous improvement and seasonal problem-solving within LIC's critical

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business applications and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Strong communication with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, mobile devices and business systems.
• Ability to train and support users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced seasonal environment.
• A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement.

• Maintain training materials, user guides and support documentation.
• Provide operational and administrative support across AB Operations.
• Participate in seasonal support rosters during peak periods.

Your Role:

Be the go-to expert for LIC's Artificial Breeding Applications.

You'll support the technology our field teams rely on every day, ensuring systems, devices and applications are ready for the mating season and running smoothly when it matters most. Working closely with field teams, support teams and customers, you'll troubleshoot issues, improve processes and help deliver a great user experience.

This is a hands-on role combining application support, operational coordination, continuous improvement and seasonal problem-solving within one of LIC's most critical services.
