Job summary

The Creative Store is seeking a Head of Marketing & Community for their client, NZ’s leading tech venture capital firm. The role focuses on brand presence and a thriving community, with autonomy to shape market engagement among founders, operators, investors, and ecosystem partners.

You will work closely with Partners and the investment team, coordinating with creative suppliers and planning events, posts, and campaigns that reflect the firm’s quality and character.

Qualifications

• Experience leading marketing initiatives at a senior level.
• Strong ability to grow and nurture a professional community.
• Proven capability to manage multiple stakeholders and partners.

Responsibilities

• Promote and grow the brand while building an engaged community.
• Collaborate with partners, the investment team, and creative suppliers.
• Write LinkedIn posts, use social templates, and brief a videographer.
• Organize an annual calendar of unique events and activities.
• Think strategically while executing hands-on when needed.
