Job summary

Education Services Group in Wellington is seeking a Team Manager, Channels to lead Advisors delivering coordinated support to schools and early learning services. You will plan resources, develop workplans aligned to strategies and drive efficient workflows.

You will coach a diverse team, build trusted relationships with stakeholders, and help embed change to improve student outcomes. The role offers a permanent full-time position with a salary range of NZD 107,120 to 160,680 per year plus

• Proven team leadership experience.
