Job summary

CAPS Hauraki is seeking a capable Team Leader – Service Delivery to join our Leadership Team and lead a portfolio of community-based services supporting tamariki, rangatahi, adults and whānau.

This is a significant leadership role with responsibility for people and service performance, ensuring safety, effectiveness and compliance with contractual and professional requirements. Remuneration is NZD 95,250–122,464 per annum.

Qualifications

• Experience in social services or related fields.
• Registered where applicable to your profession.
• Ability to lead teams and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support a team of service-delivery staff with clear performance expectations.
• Actively manage workload, productivity and performance, addressing concerns as needed.
• Ensure services meet contractual, professional and quality standards.
• Monitor performance, risks and take action to keep services on track.
• Provide practice leadership for safe, high-quality service delivery and client record keeping.
• Identify opportunities for quality and service improvement with practical solutions.
• Be an active CAPS Leadership Team member, contributing ideas and analyses.
