Job summary

Western Bay of Plenty District Council is seeking an exceptional people leader for the Resource Consents team in Tauranga. You will develop a healthy team culture, lead through change with Resource Management Reform, and support consent planners with growth and workload management.

Strong coaching, mentoring, and communication skills are essential, along with tertiary planning qualifications and a track record in business improvements and customer service delivery.
