Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking an administrative support professional to bolster the administration team across Kenepuru Community Hospital, Wellington Hospital and Kapiti Health Centre.

You will support your Team Leader, prepare reports, participate in stakeholder meetings, and liaise with clinical staff and patients during standard 7:30am–5:30pm hours. This permanent full-time role offers varied days and a collaborative environment.

About the Role

This role is about supporting your administration team. No two days are the same. It is a busy role but very rewarding, building up relationships within the administration team not only your team but with stakeholders alike. You will work closely with your team Leader supporting them. This role also requires you doing reports and going to stakeholder meetings liaising very closely with Clinical Teams, and other Team Leaders. Maintains open, effective and appropriate communication with own team, other teams, clinical staff and patients. The role works an 8-hour day within operating hours of 7:30am to 5:30pm. The salary range for this position is $80,186 - $91,281, depending on experience.

About the Team/Service Location

Our Teams in Outpatients and Community Health are spread around Wellington Hospital, Kenepuru Community Hospital and Kapiti Health Centre in different departments. Your role is to support your teams and clinical staff. Everyone in the team is treated with respect and kindness.
